During the 54th Vintage Week & Arts Festival in Ireland, the exhibition “Migration/Migration” took place. As curator, I invited 13 artists from different countries to participate. Each of them made a collage on the theme of migration and shared their migration experience. The exhibition was accompanied by a workshop that I prepared and conducted with Anthony D. Kelly.
The pictures were accompanied by words. We tried to compose poems about migration and then illustrate them. After the work is done, there is always time to comment and share reflections.
